Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
All items in the Reverie drop are pre-orders, which means each piece is made to order. Because of this, shipping times will be longer than standard retail purchases. Pre-ordering helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and ensure you receive a thoughtfully crafted item.
Please note:

Production Time: 3–6 weeks after the pre-order window closes.

Shipping Time: 5–12 business days (varies by destination).

Orders will be shipped as soon as production is complete.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on production schedules. You’ll be notified if this occurs.
Address Changes
Because of the extended timeline, we understand addresses may change. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us at oxpoclothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing your order.
Delays
Production or transit delays can occur due to high order volume, supply chain constraints, or carrier issues. We’ll always communicate transparently if any unexpected delays arise.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
